Larry Dean Oeser

Larry Dean Oeser, age 83, of Council Bluffs, passed away March 8, 2019. Larry was a veteran and served during the Korean War. He worked for the US postal service. Survivors include his sister, Marian Hennings, of Council Bluffs; brother, John (Jack), of Carroll, Iowa.; nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and many friends. No services will be held. Memorials to American Cancer Society or Multiple Sclerosis Society.
