In loving memory of

Jeffrey J. Hull
September 29, 1956 - May 18, 2010

Phoenix/Stoughton- On May 18, 2010, Jeffrey J. Hull was taken unexpectedly from his loved ones to be with his Lord.   He was born on September 29, 1956 to his parents Charles and Betty (King) Hull. He graduated from Stoughton High School in 1975.   Jeffrey was a member of Kegonsa Hustlers 4-H Club where he grew into his love for horses.   His sense of adventure and love of life sent him in an array of career paths, but his compassion for others landed him in the Hospice Care field.  Jeffrey was promoted to Vice President of Paradise Health and Hospice Care in Phoenix, AZ where he was currently employed.   Jeffrey also lived for the love of raising and showing Arabian horses. His prize Arabians took top awards at National Shows around the U.S. and Canada.   Jeffrey is survived by his mother Betty; sisters DeAnne (David) Roeske and Caroline ( Gary) Flood; brothers, Michael ( Nancy), Chris ( Lynn) and Nick (Roxanne); great aunt, Minnie Anderson; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his father Charles; and brother, Charles Mark Hull.    Many thanks to his Arizona friends Diane, Jean, Aaron, Christopher and Sandy who loved and supported him always.   Funeral services will be at 11 A.M. on Friday, May 28, 2010 at Christ Lutheran Church, 700 Cty Hwy B, Stoughton.  Lunch for family and friends will immediately follow the service.  Internment will be at East Side Cemetery.  Visitation will begin at 10 A.M. until time of service on Friday.    The sun was shining the day you died, but it just wasn't as bright. Our love forever.

"Today I had lunch in a nice Mexican restaurant in Scottsdale, Az. with a number of friends to remember Jeff's life. This is exactly how he would have loved his friends to gather and remember him. Diane was the perfect hostess and I still ask myself how she kept it together. Aaron showed three beautiful video's and the music couldn't have been more perfect. I was his friend for only 10 years. I boarded my horse in his barn. We worked in health care together and we both shared our social work degree. Maybe that's why I loved him so. Afterall, social workers are very compassionate people! We shared great times at the Arabian horse shows. He always got me into the best after parties. After all, he had the Arabs and I have a nice paint. No quarter horses allowed at those parties. I thought the luncheon would be easy. It wasn't. I cried a lot because I will miss him so. My heart goes out to his friends, family and especially Aaron. To lose someone so young doesn't seem fair. But, I believe he is with our Lord and I take comfort in that thought."

"I am at a loss of words to describe my shock that Jeff is no longer with us. My sincere condolences to Jeff's entire family, and especially his Mother. Many will remember Jeff as a happy man with a big smile on his face, and always friendly. I remember him as someone I admired who loved his family and his friends deeply. His death reminds us that life is short. Those who are remembered are ones who have lived life to the fullest and given back a lot in return. Jeff was one of these people. Every time I meet someone as positive and motivated as him, I will recall think of him with much love and fondness. Although, his physical presence has been taken away from us, I know he is still here listening to our conversations with him. His bond with those he loved will be everlasting and ever nourishing. Thank you Jeff for giving me the opportunity to know and love you as a dear friend. You will not only live in my heart, but in the hearts of many! While we mourn the loss of you on our physical side, others are rejoicing to meet and greet you on the other side. With love and admiration, Rhonda Davis "

"It was a very wonderful day when Jeffrey Hull came into my life. We became friends at the U. S. Nationals in Louisville, and, together with Diane Wilson, became like the Three Muskateers. Our love of horses was strong, but the love and feelings of "family" was stronger. Jeffrey was a very special person and I will never forget my "brother". I love you, Jeffrey. My love and thoughts go out to the family and his extended family. We will miss him the rest of our lives. "

"Went to high school with Jeff. Remember Jeff well as a really good guy. Have only seen Jeff a couple of times in the last 35 years but have kept up to date with his life and loved him because he loved my best friend Diane."
