Nancy D Willison
July 17, 1930 - June 7, 2019

Nancy D Willison, age 88, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away peacefully on Friday June 7, 2019. Nancy was born July 17, 1930 in Knoxville Tennessee to the late Roy Harold Jenkins, Sr. and Ida De Ora Campbell Jenkins. In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her brother, Harold Jenkins of Wilmington Delaware.

Nancy is survived by her beloved husband of 66 years, John T. Willison II. She was a loving mother to John T. Willison III (Dara), Kathryne D. Willison Sackett (Mark), and Richard M. Willison (Jaqueline), and a devoted grandmother to five and great grandmother to five.

Nancy attended Virginia Intermont College in Bristol, Virginia, and graduated from the University of Tennessee where she was President of Pi Beta Phi Sorority. She was a member of the Salvation Army Women's Auxiliary, Pi Beta Phi Alumni Club, a former board member of the Crown Hill Society and The Winona Hospital Auxiliary.

Mrs. Willison was an avid gardener and wildlife devotee, and in 1983 her yard was named a Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation.

A celebration of life service will be held at Robin Run Village Chapel, 5354 W 62nd Street, Indianapolis Indiana at 10:00am on August 10, 2019. Followed by a private family burial at Crown Hill Cemetary.
