"My special memories of Brian are from when we were young. We often went to visit my grandparents. All of us cousins would get together and hang out. One thing that sticks out in particular is when we would get mad at each other. My grandparents had a staircase, and whenever Brian was mad, he would go to the top corner of the staircase to be by himself. We would feel bad, and start doing things to get him to laugh. It always worked. I remember a lot of times of going to children's church with him, David, and his parents. It was a lot of fun."

Phillip Griffin wrote on Mar 27, 2011:

"I had the pleasure of knowing Brian from my years at Pinnacle Foods. The first time I was around him it was obvious he was a very hard worker! Brian was very reserved, it took me a few months to get to know him but it was well worth the effort! I will always remember running the Treet fillers going crazy with all the quirks and looking down at Brian on inspection just to get his crooked smile looking back at me. When I lost my job in 2009 and moved 1000 miles away I actually thought of him and wished him well. Tonight when I heard the news of this horrible loss I was literally sick to my stomach. Brian was one of the most laid back, genuine people i have ever met. I wish my words and thoughts to be comfort to his family though I know they will not. Nevertheless I pray his family will find peace in this tragedy."
