PAUL B. WATRY
Paul Watry, age 17 years of Spinnaker Dr., Port Washington died Thursday afternoon, August 16, 2007 at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital in Wauwatosa as the result of a traffic accident. Because of his giving nature, Paul chose to be a tissue and organ donor. He was born August 22, 1989 in Milwaukee, son of Larry and Agnes Thomas Watry. Paul was a Senior at Port Washington High School where he participated in the Jazz Band, forensics, DECA and was involved with lighting and staging for high school and local productions. He enjoyed playing his guitars and organized a local band named "Ubiquitous Scab" ( meaning: "EVERYWHERE HEALING"). The band performed and participated in Relay for Life, Lions Fest , Fish Day and other local benefits. Paul was a high honors student, member of the National Honor Society, and planned on attending UW Whitewater to pursue a degree in business. He is survived by his parents Larry and Aggie Watry of Port Washington, his grandmother Lorraine (the late Harold) Watry of Port Washington, his aunts and uncles Mike and Charlene Watry, Jim and Evie Watry, Dan and Cheryl Watry, Bob and Rhonda Watry, Bill and Missy Watry and John Thomas, and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Sylvester and Dorothy Thomas, his paternal grandfather Harold Watry and his uncle John Watry. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday evening, August 21, 7:30 PM at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Port Washington, preceded by family rites at 7 PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visitation at the Funeral Home Tuesday from 4-7 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Paul Watry Memorial Fund, c/o Port Washington State Bank, 206 N. Franklin St., Port Washington appreciated.
