"Etta and Family,
Valerie and I extend our most heartfelt sympathies to you during this time.
During the course of a career, many patients come and go. Dale was one of the \"special\" ones in our office. Despite his pains, he was always pleasant and I could always manage to get a chuckle out of him, even on his worst days. That\'s a testament to the kind of person I knew him as.
I was deeply saddened to hear of his latest trials and I only wish there was more I could have done for him these last years.
I pray that in some way, we were able to make his life a better place. It was a great pleasure to have known you both and to have been of service to you.
Our thoughts and prayers to you and yours in the days ahead."
