Arnulfo Galvan West Liberty, Iowa #45;- Arnulfo ''Arnie'' Galvan, 20, died Tuesday, April 4, 2000, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics following a short illness. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in West Liberty. The Rev. Ed O'Melia will officiate. Burial will be at the Oak Ridge Cemetery in West Liberty. Visitation will be from 3 to 8:30 p.m. at the church, where a Christian wake service will be at 8:15 p.m. The Barker Funeral Home in West Liberty is in charge of the arrangements. He was born on April 27, 1979, in Houston, Texas, the son of Rogelio and Esperanza Marcha Galvan. He was a 1998 graduate of West Liberty High School. He was employed by V.L. Construction. He was a friend to many. Survivors include his parents, Rogelio and Esperanza Galvan of Denver; two brothers, Julio Galvan of Moscow and Rogelio Galvan III of West Liberty; two sisters, Graciela Erives and Veronica Galvan, both of Denver; 12 uncles, Juan, Julio, Arnulfo, Evelio, Marco, Ruben Galvan, Raymond, Robert, Adolph, Richard, Ray, and Fernando Marcha; eight aunts, Rosa Linda Villarreal, Marcella Galvan, Migdelia Partida, Norma Marquez, Virginia Marcha, Irma Marcha, Sylvia Marcha and Elizabeth Marcha; and many cousins.
