Pearl Wright MUSCATINE, Iowa - Pearl Vera Elizabeth Wright, 88, of Muscatine, died Monday, Jan. 15, 2001, at Unity Hospital in Muscatine. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Peru City Cemetery in Peru, Ill. The Rev. Art Carranza of the Bloomington Friends Church will officiate. Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. A memorial has been established in Pearl's memory. Mrs. Wright was born Sept. 4, 1912, in Peru, the daughter of Grover and Lena Klingler Neuhalfen. She married Robert B. Wright July 1, 1935, in Princeton, Ill. She was a member of the Bloomington Friends Church in Muscatine. She has been a nurse's aid at People's Hospital in Peru for many years before retiring. Survivors include her son, Harry William Wright and his wife, Donna, of Muscatine; a granddaughter, Tabitha Kay Wright Jefcoats, of Muscatine and a great-grandson, Zackery Ray Jefcoats, also of Muscatine. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband on Sept. 15, 1976, and all ten of her brothers and sisters.
