Rolland F. \Mike\" Meixner son of John Frederick and Genevieve Geneva Ford Meixner was born March 91939.0 in Muscatine County Iowa. He was a 1957 graduate of West Branch High School. In 1959 Mike was united in marriage to Pat Reuter they later divorced. He farmed in the Cedar County area for 40 years and also worked for the ASCS Office as a bin site supervisor. Since the mid 1990's Mike was employed as a foreman for Petersen Contractors Incorporated. He was a member of the Tipton Moose Lodge. Mike is loved and survived by his wife Beverly Meixner of Atalissa Iowa; his mother Genevieve Meixner of Atalissa Iowa; his children Devalyn Wilson of Tipton Iowa Doug (Tamara) Meixner of Tipton Iowa Jennifer (Denny) Petersen of Tipton Iowa and Jennifer (Bill) Pierce of Cedar Rapids Iowa; grandchildren Stephanie Ohrt Stacey (Josh) McReynolds Shari Ohrt John and Mattea Meixner Kurtis Petersen and Natashia Pierce; great-grandchild Ehtan McReynolds; and sister Betty (Gerald) Morris of Tipton Iowa. He was preceded in death by his father on September 16 1983.
