Tyler Fordice WAPELLO, Iowa #45;- Tyler Lee James Fordice, 18, Wapello, died Wednesday, March 20, 2002, in an auto accident at the Northwest edge of Wapello. Services are 9 a.m. Saturday at the Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home, Wapello. The Rev. Ron Whitlatch will officiate. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. A memorial has been established. Mr. Fordice was born on May 19, 1983, in Iowa City, the son of Jennifer Jeanine Graham and Dennis John Fordice. He had attended school in Wapello and was a student at Crusade High School, Morning Sun. He was of the Methodist faith. He was an artist and enjoyed music and playing guitar. Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Jennifer and Mark Mohror of Aledo, Ill.; his father and stepmother, Dennis and Dana Fordice of McMinnville, Tenn.; two sisters, Teona and Brooke Fordice, both of Aledo; two brothers, Nickolaus Fordice of McMinnville, Tenn. and Lucas Mohror of Aledo; maternal grandmother, Loretta Graham of Washington; paternal grandfather, James Fordice of Rowley; stepgrandmother, Aledain Mohror; several uncles, aunts and cousins; and four stepsisters, Stephanie, Lacey, BreeAnna and DeeAnna Mohror. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, paternal grandmother, three aunts and an uncle.
