Ronald Belz DECORAH, Iowa #45;- Ronald R. Belz, 56, Decorah, died Sunday, April 21, 2002, in a car accident on Highway 9 east of Decorah. Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Decorah Lutheran Church. The Rev. Bryan Robertson will officiate. Burial will be at Phelps Cemetery. Visitations are 4-8 p.m. today at Fjelstul Funeral Home, Decorah, and 9:30 a.m. until service time Thursday at the church. Survivors include his wife, Merle Jane; a daughter, Laurie Moody of Muscatine; a son, Chris of Decorah; his mother, Ruth Belz of Decorah; two brothers, Les of Winona, Minn. and Leo of Holmen, Wis.; three sisters, Kathy and Sandra Belz, both of Decorah and Joanne Rasmussen of Hampton; and three step-grandchildren.
