Mary Lou Miller Visitation: noon-2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 3, Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home, 1931 Houser St. Mary Lou Miller, 77, Muscatine, died Monday, Oct. 30, 2006, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, after an automobile accident. As per her wishes, her body has been cremated. Memorials may be made to the family in care of her son, Brian Miller Mrs. Miller was born March 15, 1929, in Akron, Ohio, the daughter of Sterling and Pearl Towsley Van Camp. She married Earl D. Miller Jr. on Aug. 19, 1950, in Akron. He preceded her in death in 1997. She worked as a seamstress. Survivors include four sons, Alan L. Miller and wife Rebecca of Muscatine, Michael J. Miller and wife Lisa of Iowa City, Brian L. Miller and Daniel J. Miller and wife Brenda, all of Muscatine; a daughter, Diane L. Huston and husband Shayne of Des Moines; 14 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and three brothers, Robert Van Camp of New Orleans, La., and Larry Van Camp and Walter Van Camp, both of Akron. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
