Phyllis Ann Clay
August 28, 1948 - July 12, 2021

Phyllis Clay was born August 28,1948, in Vacherie, LA and was a resident of Dallas,Texas. She was a retired Caregiver and Nanny for several families in the Dallas area .
She enjoyed cooking, gardening, crossword puzzles and of course playing with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Andray Clay; daughters: Sirena Clay Julien, Nicole Clay, and Samantha Jairala; Grandchildren: Janee Cardenas, Casandra Alfaro, Carlos Ramirez, Andres Ramirez, Deidre Quilo, Monique Martinez, Alexia Pennington, Nathaniel Tellez, Breana Clay, Shelby Fallen, Alyssa Moreno, Anthony Giron, Eddy Giron, Isaac Giron, Eric Giron, Isella Giron, Olivia Jairala; Great-Grandchildren: Ariana Cardenas, Anisza Cardenas, Alina Bermea, Adriel Bermea, Analeigh Quilo, Yamiley Quilo, Cora Roulston, Layla Roulston, Eilo Tellez, Ezekiel Giron; siblings: Ella Philip, Lana Philip, Vernonica Zenon, Marie Growe; and a host of many family and friends.

Phyllis is preceded in death by her son, June Clay; her parents, Dory R. Philip and Eddie Armant; Nephews: RaShad Williams, Kendrick Love, and Tevin Phillip; Step-father, Joseph E. Philip; brothers: Sidell and Lawrence Armant; sister, Hazel Scott; and Husband, Henry Clay.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 30,2021 at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 411 Paula Rd. McKinney, TX 75069 at 2 P.M. Reception to follow at the Home of Willie and Samantha Jairala 3712 Landsdown Drive McKinney, TX 75072.
