LINDA LINDLE MUSCATINE, Iowa - Linda S. Lindle, 47, of Muscatine, died Wednesday, May 13, 2009, at home. Funeral Service will be 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2009, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. Pastor Gertie Nichols will officiate the service. Casket bearers will be her seven brothers, Pete, Tom, Allen, Dick, Jerry, Mike, and Jim McCleary and Jim Ganzer. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on Monday, May 18, 2009, at the funeral home. Linda was born on June 11, 1961, in Muscatine, the daughter of Howard and Effie Martin McCleary. She married Bruce J. Lindle on November 28, 1981, in Muscatine. She was a graduate of Muscatine High School, class of 1979. She was a member of the Sweetland United Methodist Church. She enjoyed needlework, camping and fishing. Survivors include her husband, Bruce J. Lindle of Muscatine; one daughter, Jamie Jones and husband, Kelly, of Muscatine; her father, Howard McCleary and wife, Bea, of Muscatine; her mother, Effie McCleary and significant other, Harold Titus, of Muscatine; seven brothers, Pete McCleary and wife, Barb, Tom McCleary and wife, Jane, Allen McCleary and wife, Alberta, Dick McCleary and wife, Denise, Jerry McCleary and wife, Diane, Mike McCleary and wife, Nancy, and Jim McCleary; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by one son, Christopher John Lindle; and her maternal and paternal grandparents.
