FOREST CITY - Candy L. Nugent, age 48, of Forest City, died Thursday, June 23, 2011 at Muse Norris Hospice in Mason City, Iowa.
As per her request, her body has been cremated. There will be no visitation.
A memorial service will be held for Candy at 2:00 PM Sunday, July 17, 2011 at the First Congregational Church in Forest City with Pastor Jon Rollefson officiating.
It was her wish that her ashes be scattered with the ashes of her mother and grandmother in Jenny Wylie State Park near Prestonburg, Kentucky.
