Loretta Fleurant

Mrs. Wilfred (Loretta) Fleurant, 76, of Green Bay, died Wednesday, July 12, 2006 at home. Loretta was born May 14, 1930 in Marinette to the late Arthur and Martina (Fleury) Balthazor. She married Wilfred Fleurant on August 21, 1948 at St. Joseph Church in Marinette. He preceded her in death on September 29, 2005. She worked for a few years on the sales floor at Shopko. Loretta enjoyed crafts, crocheting, knitting and painting. She also was a volunteer at St. Vincent de Paul.
Survivors include one son and three daughters; Dennis (Heidi) Fleurant, Wausau, Linda (Blair) Peterson, Hobart, Rene (Roger) Van Kilsdonk, Appleton, and Valerie (Richard) Wiener, De Pere, three grandchildren; Blaine (Melinda) Peterson, William Fleurant, and Spencer Wiener, two great grandchildren; Miranda Peterson and Bryce Peterson, one brother; Roger Balthazor, and one sister-in-law, Mrs. Leon (Cleo) Balthazor. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and two brothers, Leon and Jerome.
Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday, July 14, 2006 at Lyndahl Funeral Home, where funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. with Deacon Bob Nooker officiating. Entombment in the Allouez Chapel Mausoleum. Online condolences may be expressed at www.lyndahl.com.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Loretta's name.
