Thomas Mucha, 35, Green Bay, died Saturday, Jan. 20, 2007 as a result of a snowmobile accident. He was born on April 1, 1971 in Milwaukee to Rochelle (Pelton) and the late Andrew ?Andy? Mucha. He graduated from Ashwaubenon High School in 1989 with highest honors. Since high school, he has worked as a mason with his brother-in-law, Steve, at Great Lakes Masonry. He loved what he did. Tom was an avid snowmobiler and very active in the De Pere Snow Owls. He was a man of his word and was always there to help anyone without asking for anything in return. He will be sadly missed.
Survivors include his mother, Rochelle, Sobieski; one sister and brother-in-law: Pamela and Steven VerBruggen, Oconto Falls; two nephews: Trent (Godson) and Travis; niece and Goddaughter, Taylor; special friend, Kristine Mason, Howard; aunts and uncle: Ruth Musche', Milwaukee, Maureen Quick, River Falls, and his Godparents, Eugene and Agnes Lett, Menomonee Falls; numerous cousins and many, many friends.
In addition to his father, Tom was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents and a close friend, Corey Callaway.
Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 25, 2007 at Lyndahl Funeral Home, where a parish wake service will take place at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will continue after 10:00 a.m. Friday at Saints Edward & Isidore Catholic Church, 3667 Flintville Rd., where a Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Dave Kasperek officiating. Entombment in Fort Howard Memorial Park. A memorial fund has been established.
