Blake Michael Doersch-Gauthier, infant son of Tyler Doersch and Danielle Gauthier passed away Thursday, July 29, 2010.
Survivors include his parents and sister, Liliana; maternal grandmother Jenni and her husband, Dennis Wettstein; maternal grandfather, Michael Gauthier; paternal grandparents, Daniel and Kitty Doersch; great maternal grandparents, Charlotte and Dan Hoffman and Betty Gauthier; great paternal grandparents, Duane and Ginny Doersch; aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Sunday, August 1, from 12 noon to 1 pm at Lyndahl Funeral Home where the funeral service will take place at 1 pm with Vicar Erik Roth officiating.
Danielle and Tyler would like to express a special thank you to Dr. Yoon Chun, special nurse, Kelli and their families for all of the care and support given to them.
