"I last saw Aunt Daphne in 2007 and remember how funny, witty, sharp and beautiful she still was at the tender age of 82. I had the privilege to experience her hospitality, generosity, and steadfast faith. She was a woman guided by superb principles which she clearly articulated as she shared her wisdom freely. Dad always had a special soft spot in his heart for his baby sister and her visits were always precious to him. We are grateful to have known Aunt Daphne and to have had such a wonderful soul as a member of our family. We know that she now rests peacefully in the arms of the Savior. She was truly loved and will be greatly missed by me, my mother, siblings and our families. Andrew Webster"

"Dear Aunt Daphne, so elegant, eloquent and kind. She knew what it meant to live life to its fullest. Thank you Lord for her wisdom, times of joy when we visited, her hospitality and the music. What laughter and joy in heaven today! We grieve, but the hope prevails. Absent from the body ... present with our Lord. FAR BETTER. Our expression of gratitude: Lance Jnr., Philip and our families."

"I remember as a child and teenager always enjoying Aunt Daphne's and Uncle Don's frequent visits to Jamaica. I will also remember the love and support she extended to Pat and myself and the many times staying with her and Uncle Don in New York. Aunt Daphne will also be remembered for her elegance, grace and good humor. She has gone home to her Lord and we will cherish the memories. Tony & Pat McFarlane Montreal"

"The strongest memory I have of Aunt Daphne is her hosting my family at her home in Florida when I was about 10 or 11. We stayed with her for a week and it was fun. She was always smiling and asking about how I was coming along with the piano, telling us stories of Aunt Monica as a young girl and her passion for music at an early age. Another wonderful "Webster" and incredible woman has passed; but her legacy of faithfulness to God, love of & commitment to family will last a lifetime."

"I remember how readily Daphne accepted Chris and me into her bible fellowship when we first arrived in Florida nearly 25 years ago. She always had a smile and always had food. She was a hospitable, kind woman who loved to cook and loved the Lord. She is with Him now - enjoying the fullness of His presence. May her family be comforted and blessed by the knowledge that she is with The Savior. Yvonne Sherrer"
