Mark Rockwell
October 3, 1967 - November 24, 2011

Waunakee - Mark Rockwell, age 44, died on Thursday, Nov. 24, 2011 at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison. He was born on Oct. 3, 1967 to Wendell and Muriel Rockwell. He married the former Anne Oltmann on Feb. 23, 2002 in Waunakee and was employed at Doyle Gutter Service in Lodi. Mark lived his life in Waunakee where he touched many lives through his caring nature and willingness to help others. He took pride in caring for those he held dear. In death he will help others carry on life. Survivors include; his wife Anne; and daughter Madilynn; his parents, Muriel and Wendell; brothers, Brad (Lisa), Mike (Shari), and Brian (Courtney); and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers and a grandmother. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, 5763 County Road Q, Waunakee. The Reverend Ben Ehrets will preside. Friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. A reception will follow the service in the church commons.

"I remember Mark and Mike as toddlers. When one would be startled by something he would howl and start running to beat the band and his twin brother would start howling and running too. Then there would be two babies to comfort instead of one! :o)"
