Patricia was born July 3, 1938 in Chariton, Iowa to Lowell and Margaret Elaine Marks Baughman.
Patricia was married to Warren Wallace on June 10, 1954 at the First United Methodist Church in Chariton. They were blessed with two children: Merlin and Carolyn.
She attended school in Chariton and received her RN Certificate from Indian Hills Community College. She began working at the Lucas County Health Center in 1960 when the hospital first opened, as a RN for 30 years retiring in 1990. She was a volunteer for the Humane Society of Lucas County and belonged to the First United Methodist Church. Patricia enjoyed camping, gardening, flowers, and blue grass music.
Patricia passed away October 31, 2008 in Des Moines, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her son Merlin Wallace, and by her parents, Lowell and Elaine Baughman. She is survived by her husband, Warren; her daughter, Carolyn Elam of Chariton; her sister Diane DeBok of Sunrise Beach, MO; Aunt Patricia Coffey of Hot Springs, AR; and nephews Darrin DeBok and Brad DeBok.
