"I spent a lot of time in and around the Wallisch house, through those formative years. With Frank X, a look, a word, or a fleeting glance was all you needed to read where you stood at that particular moment?we were always up to something?and Frank knew it?He afforded us a wide berth, and reigned us in fondly, but with conviction. I only hope I made him smile, more often than I pissed him off? As years passed, I visited Jack whenever we both were in Wisconsin. On several occasions we met at Losata, and there, like clock work, we would find Frank with Marie...He was there every day?and, if you knew Frank, it was not surprising. This is the man that he was?Solid, Uncompromisingly dedicated, selfless. Condolences and love to Franks Children, and all of those who call him Grandpa. Cheers? To Frank X Wallisch, for the man that he was, and the life and Family he loved, and led. Freddy Schwantes "

"My condolence is to Frank's family. I only knew him for about 5 yrs. We lived in the same building at Maple Crest Apts. He was a very dear man who was a joy to talk to. Many stories of his driving truck. Had a few breakfast dates together. I will miss him calling for a haircut. We had a good time, and I will miss him. You had a wonderful father, grandfather and friend."
