"To the family of Jim Chambers: I know nothing anyone could say at this incredibly tragic time could help, but please know that Jim was one of my best friends and couldn't have been a greater person. He possessed all the traits of a "true blue" friend and then some, and all the qualities listed in his obituary so accurately describe him. He always offered to help me with anything I needed, whether it be helping me move or just listening while I went off about a rough day. He was a unique person in that he genuinely cared about the people in his life, and truly did everything within his power to show them how he felt. Although I understand how grief stricken you are, please take solance in knowing that people like him are few and far between and that God has now taken Jim into His loving arms and welcomed him to eternal life. My prayers that the love within your family will help you through the loss of a truly unique and beautiful person."
"I have always thought about Jim and how he made me laugh. I have missed him through the years, as well as missing his loving family, both here and in Iowa. "To Jimmy's family and loved ones- What a beautiful person Jimmy was. I'll miss his hysterically wacky sense of humor and his light-hearted, casual attitude that always made me feel at home (no matter where we were). I, for one, am grateful to have known this most gentle and kind spirit. He spoke often of his beloved family members and I regret not being able to share this with you in person. With heart felt sympathy,"

"Jim"
"Jim will be missed. So many memories with him from our younger days. He meant a lot to Mike and I. Mike will always be grateful for Jim's help, in regards to moving him to Las Vegas, getting him a job and a place to live. To me, he was so funny and fun and I cherish those crazy memories. Jim would do anything for anyone, even if you called him in from another room and ask him to hand you the remote to the tv, he did it without any hesitation . I was really hoping he would have come to his class reunion this past fall, It would have made my night to see him again. My condolences to his family. "
"My condolences go to Jim?s family. I have fond memories of times shared with Jim in High School. It had been a long time since seeing him but I?d had hopes of seeing him again. His memory will continue to make people smile. "
