"Dear Bobby and Robin Lane,
I hope that you remember me -- we used to be good friends before I moved to Colorado. I've tried to contact you a few times over the years, but was never able to find you. But, every once in a while, I make that instant macaroni and cheese tuna casserole (Mutton Flan is what I think we used to call it.) And I think about you two and wonder how you are doing.
I'm so sorry that you lost your mom. She was a great lady and easy to talk to. I remember when I first met her and it was if I'd known her all of her life.
If you want to contact me, my number is 970-203-0831. Hope everything is going well with you.
God Bless,
Jeff Johnson
