Myrna Joyce (Miller) Anderson, was born March 28, 1943 in Clarinda, Iowa, the daughter of Floyd and Thelma (Cavner) Miller. Myrna entered into the arms of her Lord on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at the Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska with her family by her side.

Myrna's early years were spent in the community of New Market, Iowa. She graduated from New Market Community High School with the class of 1961. On October 12, 1962 she was united in marriage to Clark Allen Anderson at the Church of Christ in New Market, Iowa and to this marriage one son Lee Allen was born.

They made their home in Clarinda, Iowa where they were both employed. Upon her husband's retirement from the City of Clarinda in 1994. Myrna and the family moved to Shenandoah where she remained until her death.

Myrna loved people. She cherished her many friendships that she made over the years. She was a very kind, generous person and always willing to help others in need. She was a loving and dedicated wife, mother and sister-in-law. Above all things her family was most important to her. Myrna's spirit touched everyone she met.

Preceding her in death were her parents, brothers-in-law Marvin Anderson, Irvin Anderson and Bill Rulon.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Clark of 49 years, son Lee Allen, sister-in-law Donna Rulon and Beth Ann Anderson; brothers-in-law Howard Anderson and Richard Anderson; other relatives and many friends.

May God grant comfort and strength to those who mourn her loss.
