Elizabeth "Tootie" Blaker, 96, of South Sioux City, NE passed away at Regency Square Care Center in South Sioux City, NE on Saturday, February 18, 2012.
Cremation has taken place and graveside services will be held at a later date in the Ponca Cemetery in Ponca, NE. Arrangements are under the direction of Mohr Funeral Home in South Sioux City, NE.
