In loving memory of

David M. Ronfeldt
September 17, 2008

David Matthew Ronfeldt was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa on February 27, 1975. David grew up in Denver, Colorado where he attended Skyview High School.
In 2004, David moved to Glenwood, Iowa where he worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Park Place. There he met Michelle Larie Timm, who also worked as a CNA. The two made their home in Glenwood. David loved Michelle's children, and enjoyed taking them fishing and camping. He also worked as a CNA at the Glen Haven Home and was currently working at the Midlands Living Center in Council Bluffs, IA. David loved to cook, especially for his family. He always looked forward to fishing with his Uncle Jammie and he loved the Denver Broncos.
David had a great compassion for helping people and enjoyed his work. He was in the beginning stages of forming "Clean Teens", an organization to help teenagers break their addiction to drugs and alcohol. He and Michelle often discussed just how the new group would work and both were looking forward to its creation.
On September 17, 2008, David was killed in an automobile accident near Sterling, Colorado at the age of 33 years, 6 months, and 20 days. He is survived by his wife Michelle Ronfeldt and her children Christopher Moles, Jordan Moles, Joslin Collins, Landon Studey, and Brenden Studey, all of Glenwood; mother Katherine Ronfeldt and step-brother Brian Brunke of Broomfield, CO; maternal grandparents Bill and Karen Ronfeldt of Blanchard, IA; aunts and uncles; other relatives and friends.

Interment will be in the Glenwood Cemetery.

Memorials may be directed to the family.
