"Sean worked with Juan, and showed him a kindness that he will never forget. Juan had just arrived to the US, and knew only a handful of people, yet Sean befriended him at work, and we had the privilege and pleasure of being invited to his home and into his life for the time we lived in Forest Lake. His family, like Sean, welcomed us. And, our very first Bear Burger was fired up right in front of his home at a picnic we were invited to. We have beautiful memories of Sean and Diane's 10th anniversary "wedding", and their dance and smiles that evening. We were so saddened to hear of Sean's passing, and we ask you forgive us for not writing sooner. Had we known, we would have. Even here in Ecuador, where we are now living, we feel the loss. He will be remembered with fondess."

" . It is really sad and I hope that his family can get through this tragic time. He seemed like a really great guy even though I only met him once. He seemed like he had a lot going for him self. I worked with sean on a group assignment and I can say he was a exceptional leader. He really was great and had a great head on hhis shoulders. He wasa great motivation to me as well while working with him and His contibuions were very well excepted and appreciated. He will be deeply missed by all who got the chance to know him and all who only got to talk to him online. He was a greatindividual with a great mind. It's really sad that his family had to lose him so unexpectedly.....:( I send my prayers and my deepest sympathies to the family, may he forever be in your hearts."

"I remember once we were all fishing at Diamond creek, sean was close to where i was fishing and had a coat on that was like a field jacket. I sat there and all of a sudden I heard a yell , I looked over and Sean had fallen in and the water was running into the hood of that caot and Sean was about a foot under water. I just reached over and grabbed the hood of his coat and pulled him out. Forgotten the last time I was in Minn, Sean said thanks uncle D for pullin me out of the wqter that time at Diamond Creek (prob 25 to 30 years after the fact) Love ya Sean Uncle D"
