"I am so sorry to have been out of town during what has to have been a really hard time for the Casto clan. My favorite memories of Joy come from the days when she was reveling in her grandson's accomplishments as an exemplary hockey-grandma (she taught us all a few things about how to behave in the stands). I know that not only was she a wonderful grandma to her fantastic grandkids....she was a wonderful mother and friend to her daughters. I'm sure you all miss her terribly. Call me Barb if you need some help filling the difficult quiet moments of your day."
