Barbara Jean Norvell age 70 of Franklin, Ohio passed away Sunday, July 29, 2012. She was born January 28, 1942 in Covington, KY the daughter of William and Elaine Voigt.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Delbert; and a son, Christopher Norvell.
Barbara is survived by her two children, Dana Norvell and wife Robyn of Franklin and Tammy Norvell of Franklin. She is also survived by a brother, Ronnie Williams of Shingle Springs, CA and 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Services will be held Saturday, August 4, 2012 at the family's house at 6:00 PM. www.anderson-fh.com
