Thank you, Justin, for making memories. Happy trails JBL..until we meet again. Panther/Westerner ~Class of '86 "

"My sincere heart felt condolences go out to Justin's immediate and surrounding family. Justin was a classmate of mine at Akron-Westfield. I never knew Justin until both Akron and Westfield schools consolidated in the early 80's. It was a challenging time for the students trying to merge and become one with so many having their own friends and agenda's. I was very fortunate to make many new and great friends from Westfield and Justin was at the top of the list. We stayed overnite at each other's house on occasions and I still remember his first antique 2 tone brown truck. Justin was 2 days older than me and we both were able to drive at the same time. He admired that truck and it was a talking piece that we both enjoyed to ride in. I vividly remember the hunting excursions at his place in those frigid winters. Justin had dignity, class and a work ethic second to none. He was always willing to talk with anyone and was truly a genuine person. May God take you under his wings and share your spirited self with so many in the heavens above. Thanks Justin for being a great person and friend. I will certainly remember those memories back so many years ago. RIP"
"I spoke with Clint yesterday when I first saw the obit in the paper. Clint and I have known each other for many years; and worked together. I knew all the kids since my families south line fence joined Clint's home place. Justin was a good kid as were all of the Lineberry kids. Justin will be missed by many as witnessed by the number that have signed this page. Cole and Dakota you have memories of spending time with your brother---hang on to them. Justin was doing what he enjoyed most in life----being in the wide open spaces and riding his mules/horses. Happy Trails Justin and RIP."
"I did not know Justin for very long, but he was the type of person you would have liked to know better. He was a hard worker, and always had a smile on his face. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends."
"I will always remember Justin by Bittercreek and growing up with Justin and Cole from when Cole entered the 1st Grade class with me and Justin entered the 2nd Grade at Westfield, as they were just coming state side from the Philippines. Since, I lived at the beginning of the road, Justin and Cole lived at the end of, we spent alot of time wearing the gravel out between our houses and running the hills South of Westfield, Iowa. Fishing, swimming in the ponds and sand pits and stalking each other like American Indians by the Big Sioux River, shooting guns, bow and arrows. tobogganing and trying to keep warm in the cold Iowa winters by Clint's numerous wood burning stoves. I remember playing with Justin's Australian Shepherds and riding in his first truck which was an old antique 2 tone brown truck. We were not always causing trouble, however we were just being boys growing up in a ever changing world. Yet, we formed a bond with the American Country Boy creed. Justin carried on that tradition really well, as being a real American Cowboy and being a Marine just out of high school. My prayers and condolences go out to Justin's boys and to his brother and sisters and his folks and all that were close to Justin in his adult years. Rice Pudding is a code word I believe Justin used some 33 years ago when we were kids playing war POWs. To this day I have never broke his code and will always carry fond memories of Bittercreek and his family. Good Ride Cowboy. May you ride herd and find your peace in Heaven and the skies above."
"My symathy goes out to Justin's boys and family through this difficult time. I trained Justin when he came to Presto-X, while he also trained me and made our jobs more enjoyable. I will never forget the good times boating, fishing and driving truck with Justin. Even when Justin left Presto-X, we still kept in touch frequently, laughing and joking about old times. He will greatly be missed. Justin is truly a good guy and I will miss him greatly! Again, condolences from Steve Schmidt and family."
""Willie", Justin's nickname for me always made me chuckle. I enjoyed the time I spent with Justin and the boys."
"Justin, a good friend, showed me the art of catfishing. Some of the greatest adventures with him was on the trail in the Big Horn Mt. and in Western SD. Justin took me on the trail to the Cheyenne/Bell Fourch Rivers where the two rivers meet. I will miss his witty comments when I'm out on the trail."
"My condolences to Justin's family. What a tragic loss. Justin and Cole have been great friends with me for a long time. I keep hearing Justin's voice saying (that good ole boy down the road) and his chuckle. God bless your Justin"
"My prayers go out to Justin's family and everyone at Presto X. During the years that I worked at Presto-X, I enjoyed Justin's great sense of humor and friendship. "

"It saddens me to hear this tragic news. I enjoyed visiting with Justin weekly when he serviced our facility for Presto-X. I loved hearing his stories about the boys, his dogs and his mules - in that order. I know he was loved by many and I share that heart ache with all of you. I moved away 2 years ago, but can see him and his sweet spirit in my mind right now. May God send angels to watch over each and every one of you as you grieve your loss."
"I am so sorry to hear about Justin. When Justin was working for Prexto-X he was our Technician here at Royal Canin (Mars Inc.) in North Sioux City, SD. We always called him "bug boy." Justin was always so cheerful and pleasant to be around. When my son Justin had his car accident Justin would always ask how he was doing every time he came in. He would always tell me to hang in there and that it will get better. He will not be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers go out to Justin's family and friends through this difficult time. May God watch over and be with you all. See you some day in Heaven Justin! RIP "
"I've known Justin a long time; but my favorite memories with him were when we were in psychology classes together at USD. We used to sit beside each other in class and study together (in between talks about high school and the friends we had in common). He and Jamie even had me to their place for supper a couple times. I haven't seen him for a long time; but he was a great friend, then. We had a lot of interesting conversations! He will be missed!"
"There are people that come into your life, say hi and stay awhile. Then there are people that come into your life, take a seat , share a smile, and stay a life time. Justin you will be trully missed but not forgotton. I am not saying farewell my friend , but you will always be there with me when iam on the river or in outdoors , a love we both shared. I am thankful you took a seat and and shared a smile. Your memory will always stay with me a life time. Thank you my friend. May Gods hands hold tight and comfort the boys with each sunrise and sunset"
"Marilyn, Clint and family, Praying that when you do not know where to turn, Jesus will help you make a way to get through the next minute, the next hour, the next day. Praying for all those who knew and loved Justin."
"I am so sorry to hear of Justin's death. I knew him through coonhunting and had many enjoyable hunts with him. He was a good person and will be missed by many."
"My thoughts and prayers go out to Justins family and close friends. Though I have only ran into Justin a few times in the last 14 years, the memories I have of him are all good. 14 years ago Justin was the first person to take me out on the river! I spent alot of time with him and Jamie that summer and Justin has always stayed in my memories as a quiet gentle soul!"
"Justin was a best friend and will be greatly missed. He loved his boys, the mules and coon hunting. We worked together for 12 years and had many good times rooming together at the annual meetings for Presto-X. Please know our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time. Our deepest sympathy ~ Scott Plendl & Family"
"My deepest sympathies go out to Justin's entire family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. Justin was my fishing partner one amazing summer and I will never forget the great times we had! He was a remarkable man who will truly be missed. God bless you, Justin."
"I was a childhood friend of Dakota's and spent many summer days with the family learning how to ride and do "some" ranch work. Justin had the best chuckle. I remember him being quiet and always working the ranch. It's been many, many years since I've seen the family, but I'm heartbroken with thier loss. My condolences and prayers. I'm sorry I can't be there in person but I am in spirit. Danielle Dion"
"WE at Presto-X were all sadden by this news and want to extend our condolances to the family. We had the privelege of working with Justin for nearly 14 years and many of us were close to him. Some of our staff considered Justin closer that a brother because of their close relationship at and away from work. There aren't many people as down to earth and sincere as Justin was. We will all miss him. He has left us with many good memories! Loren Dake Sioux City"
" I want to extend my sincere sympathies to his entire family. I attended AW School with him. I was so shocked to hear of his passing, but wasn't at all surprised to hear he had been riding a beloved horse. I pray God will ease your sorrow during this most difficult time, especially for his children. In Sympathy: Amy(Dimmick) Frankl Class of 85 AW"
"I didn't know Justin but have ridden in the area many times. My prayers go out to his family as they find the strength to learn to live without their loved one. God's Speed Justin."
