Madison: Allen D. Hoff, age 92, passed away peacefully at his home Saturday, December 29, 2012. He was born May 10, 1920 the son of Clarence and Elsie (Pulver) Hoff in Viroqua. Allen was united in marriage to Charolette Stout on December 27, 1941 in Viroqua. He served his country as a 1st Lieutenant in the US Army during WWII. Following his graduation from the University of Wisconsin Medical School he worked as an Anesthesiologist at Madison General, and St. Mary's Hospitals until his retirement in 1984. Allen is survived by his loving wife of 71 years, Charolette, his children, David (Linda) Hoff, and Sue Hoff, and his cherished grandchildren, Matthew and Daniel Hoff, Emily (Danny) Narkviroj, and Stephanie Urlich. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, January 5, 2013 at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3610 Speedway Rd., Madison, WI 53705.
