g and loved to have fun. He loved to joke and play pranks. Michael was very competitive and especially enjoyed playing the Wii. Michael loved cars, taking road trips, and enjoyed taking his Corvette to car shows and parades. His greatest joy was spending time with family and especially enjoyed all of his grandchildren. Surviving are his wife, Pat Schultz of Chariton; children: Brian (Amy) Schultz of Des Moines, Jason Schultz of Des Moines, Michelle (Nate) Anderson of Lucas, Michael Schultz of Nebraska, Scott (Mia) Wright of Delaware, Jennifer Wright of Tracy, Jeanette (Bill) McGee of Chariton, and Lori (Jamey) Hale of Des Moines; 14 grandchildren: Zoey, Bree, Hailee, Presley, Eethan, Sydney, Nicholas, Joey, Shayna, Alexis, Jared, Katey, Noah, and Gracey; and two great grandchildren: David and Rainie. Also surviving is a brother, Donnie (Barb) Schultz of Huxley; and many relatives and friends. Preceding him in death were his parents: Donald and Edith (Parker) Schultz; a brother, Russell Schultz; grandson, David McVeigh, and great grandson, Joseph McVeigh.
