James Siemasko

James Harry Siemasko was born August 31, 1954, in Easton, Pennsylvania, the son of Andrew and Lois (Fortner) Siemasko. He grew up and attended school in Pennsylvania and in 1972 graduated from the Council Rock High School. After his schooling he went on to serve his country by joining the United States Navy. He served during the Viet Nam War and upon his honorable discharge in November of 1975, returned to Pennsylvania. In 1985, he moved to southern Minnesota to work as a carpenter. Jim was united in marriage to Judith Hagen, they had three children together and later divorced. Jim worked in several towns in southern Minnesota and northern Iowa as a carpenter. He was most recently living in Titonka. Jim enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren, fishing, watching football and Sci-Fi Movies, drawing and taking care of his animals. Jim died Tuesday, February 19, 2013, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. He was 58.
