Mabel Crane, age 74, of Franklin, Ohio, died Wednesday February 20, 2013 at Atrium Medical Center. She was born in Harlan County, Kentucky on November 23, 1938 to Otis and Melvie (Howard) Witt. Mabel was a member of the First Church of Christ in Middletown. She was employed with EG & G for 11 and retired in 1991. She was preceded in death by her Father, Otis Witt, Mother, Melvie Witt, 3 sisters Gladys Vaughn, Faye Poast, Jewel Witt. Mabel is survived by her husband of 54 years Leamon Crane, 2 sons Darrell Crane, Dennis Crane, 3 grandchildren Brandon, Jennifer, Cole, 2 great grandchildren Brooklyn, Brenley, 2 sisters Betty Perry, Etta Brisco, and numerous nephews and 2 nieces. Funeral services are 10:00 am Monday February 25, 2013 at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd St Franklin, OH with David Stidham officiating. Burial will be in Springboro Cemetery .
