Eileen Ann Heard (Walker)

Eileen Ann Heard (Walker), 46, of Colorado Springs, Colorado and formerly of Burlington, Iowa died at 9:58 a.m. Monday, February 18, 2013, at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs. Born February 17, 1967 in Burlington, she was the daughter of Herbert W. and Esther E. Miller. From July 26, 1984 to June of 1999 she was married to Lonn Walker. Together they had two daughters. Eileen was a homemaker and a woman of the Nazarene faith. She was an excellent hostess, cook, and she also enjoyed crafting. Eileen was very proud of her daughters and her first grandson, Tanner whom she adored and enjoyed being called "Grammy" during her last year. Survivors include her two daughters, Krystal (John) Smith of Dewitt, Iowa and Karlyn (Brandon) Allen of Coaling, Alabama; one grandson, Tanner Allen of Alabama; her husband, Bill Heard of Colorado Springs, Colorado; her mother, Mrs. Esther Miller of West Burlington, Iowa; one sister, Charlene (Dan) Henson of Rossville, Georgia; and four brothers, Jeff (Kith) Miller of Jerome, Idaho, Maurice (Teri) Miller of Lafayette, Georgia; Myron (Vicki) Miller and Evan (Arlene) Miller both of Galesburg, Illinois.
