A heartfelt thanks to St. John's Hospital's Staff in Springfield, MO. Words of thanks can never come close to expressing our appreciation of the kindness our family received from Community Memorial Hospital's ICU staff and Vitas Hospice. Our family has had the honor of being touched by an "Earthly Angel" in the medical field, Dr. Colleen Poggenburg. She exemplifies what every family should experience when traveling through life's journey!
