Lori Adams

(Nee Skurulsky) Age 49, of Madison, WI. Died September 2, 2010, in Tuxtla Gutierrez, Mexico. Lori fought a valiant and dignified battle with Stage IV Lung Cancer. No burial as her wish is cremation. A Gathering will be held at the Funeral Home Friday, September 24, 3-5:45 PM. A Memorial Service will be held at 6 PM. She is survived by her husband, Scott; daughter Rhiannon Camacho (Tuxtla Gutierrez, Mexico), father Gilbert (Nekoosa), mother Grace (Arkansas), and sisters Cathy Cusick (Mukwonago) and Ellen Dey (Arkansas). She was preceded in death by her beloved brother, Michael. Lori was born July 27, 1961, to Gilbert and Grace Skurulsky, in Milwaukee. She attended high school at St. Mary's Academy; she married Scott Adams on April 1, 1982, in Milwaukee, and graduated from Cardinal Stritch University in Business. She moved to Madison with her husband in 2007, where she worked at Grobe & Associates, CPA as an Accounting Manager until her illness in 2008.
