Jean Schild Harder

Went home to her Lord on April 25, 2011, at the age of 83. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Harold H. Harder. Survived by her loving daughters,Carol L. Hecht and Dr. Vicki J. Harder. Proud Grammy of Jodie L. Hecht (fianc Michael Moskopf) and Jenna M. Hecht (fianc Todd McGinnis). Her only sister, Marlyn Hildebrandt, went to Heaven on April 24, 2011. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.Visitation at the Funeral Home, Thursday, April 28, 4:00-6:30 PM. Service 6:45 PM. Private burial Wisconsin Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the Alzheimer's Association.Jean was a longtime member of Mt. Carmel Lutheran Church (ELCA). She was an accomplished artist and member of Wisconsin Watercolor Society, Wauwatosa Artist Workshop and League of Milwaukee Artists. Former elementary teacher at Christ King Catholic School.[more]
