Mabel C. Wigdahl

(Nee Severson) Born to Eternal Life on January 28, 2012, at the age of 91 years. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bernard H. and son, James N. Wigdahl. Loving Mother of Allen B. (Karen) Wigdahl. Grandmother of Eric (LeeAnne) Wigdahl, Kristen (Gene) Jacobson, Andrew (Zambetoula) Wigdahl of New Jersey and Joseph Wigdahl of Australia. Beloved Great Grandmother (Grannie) of Kayla Wigdahl, Ashley Jacobson, Max, Dylan and Kyle Wigdahl. Being the last of a large family of 13 children, she is further survived by numerous nieces and nephews.Mabel was employed during her younger years by Briggs & Stratton and General Electric until her retirement. During her retirement years she took up oil painting and won several prizes for her works at the retirement community in Florida. She loved bowling, shuffle board, bingo, Brewers and family time. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.A special thanks to all the wonderful staff at Franciscan Woods Nursing Home who treated her with such care during this last year.Visitation at the Funeral Home, Saturday, February 4, Noon-2:00 PM.
