He was a gifted writer, speaker, and an avid wordsmith who loved the English language. He particularly enjoyed working in his yard, playing tennis, taking photographs, listening to music, playing his piano, traveling, and attending the theater, the symphony, and movies with Martha and their friends. Family functions and gatherings were a top priority.He was a man of integrity, discipline, and humor. His kindness, generosity, simplicity, graciousness, and humanitarian efforts have touched and enriched the lives of so many.
