y a memorial service at 7:00 PM.Sam was a loving and attentive husband to Amy. He also loved the game of soccer; playing as a youth and in high school and college, coaching for many years, and of course watching his beloved Manchester United. He took advantage of the opportunity not only to develop soccer players, but to influence their lives for good. His soccer kids and his adult soccer buddies will deeply grieve his loss. Now Sam, you can play on that perfect pitch in heaven, the eternal field of dreams! Sam will also be missed by his Rent-A-Daughter co-workers; the girls he was surrounded by. Sam loved serving the elderly and brought so much fun and mischief and laughter to the workplace. Both the Henke and Spitzack family would like to extend a special thanks to some amazing nurses from the MICU at Froedert Hospital. Terrie, Kim, Lindsay, Kurt, Chris and Drew you were such a blessing to all of us. You took such good care of not only Sam, but of each one of us. You were not only amazing nurses; you were compassionate and kind people who made the journey easier. God bless you.Memorials to help offset medical costs to Amy Henke or www.gofundme.com/SamHenkeSupportFund are much appreciated.
