Frank H. Bogda, III, 72, De Pere, Wisconsin, passed away from COPD and cancer on Sunday, March 3, 2013, surrounded by his family. He was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin August 18,1940 to Frank and Helen (Miller) Bogda. Frank graduated from East High School in 1958 and attended several years of college at the University of Wisconsin Madison and St. Norbert College in De Pere. In 1973 he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where he had a long career as a craps dealer, starting at the Dunes and concluding at Green Valley Ranch. Excellent at his job, he also entertained the patrons with songs and delightful humor. He was a warm, kind-hearted, friendly person who could make anyone laugh. He loved singing, and no matter where he was, he would light up a room entertaining others with his humor. He also had a passion for golf and in his early years won many local tournaments in Green Bay. Frank was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Green Bay, where he was confirmed in 1953. Jigger was devoted to his children, grandchildren and his family. (Kim) Bogda, Nicole Bogda and Andrew Semprazik, all of Las Vegas. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Kassi, Danielle and Ryan Steele, Domenic and Nicolas Marimberga, Peyton, Riley and Taylor Bogda, Jack and Abby Bogda, Barrett Sufana, Jourdan and Carter Kinsler; his great-granddaughter, Brooklyn Steele; his former wife, Mary Rotter Bogda; his cousin, Russ Bodga and many cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank Bodga, Jr. and Helen Miller Bogda Olsen and by his sister, Susan Bogda Becerril. The family will receive friends at Grace Lutheran Church, 321 South Madison Street, Green Bay, on Thursday, March 7 from 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon, followed by funeral services at the church.
