Born to Eternal Life on March 2, 2013, at the age 54. Loving and devoted mom of Kevin Heintz, Joe Heintz, Stacey (Howie) Heintz, Tony (Lisa) Heintz and Melissa (Michael) Grabowski. Proud grandma of Keelan, Brandon, Romeo, Matthew, Ella, Emma, Keiyah, Layla, Teigan, Amadee and Avalise. Beloved daughter of Rosemary and Roger Merkel. Dear sister of Debbie (Wayne) Kiekow, Julie (Jim) Merkel, Sandy (Rick) Neault, Bruce Merkel and the late Lisa Merkel. Also loved by 12 nieces and nephews, as well as a host of extended family and many friends. Denise loved spending time with her kids, grandkids and family.
