ervin was a past member of the Salem Lutheran Church in Comfrey where he was a trustee. Mervin was currently a member of the American Lutheran Church in Windom. Mervin will be remembered as a wonderful, loving, husband, father and grandfather who always tried to set a good example for his entire family. Mervin was a man of deep faith, trust and love in God. He loved and enjoyed his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and visiting with friends and family. Mervin is survived by his wife, Edith of Mt. Lake; five children, Judith Harrington of New Ulm; Barbara (Jerry) Haugen of Comfrey; Fran (Don) Holland of St. James; Cheryl (Lee) Knudson of Windom; James (Jackie) Harrington of Butterfield; and Merv also shared Edith's daughter and family with her-Mary Sue (Ron) Kremmin of Webster; 19 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Betty Harrington of Windom; and several cousins and many friends. Mervin is preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Bernice; one son, Ronald; four brothers and two sisters.
