Marshfield - Elaine J. (Briggs) Ness D.V.M., age 47, passed away suddenly on Thursday April 18, 2013. She was born August 4, 1965 in Omaha, NE. She was preceded in death by her father George E. Briggs, her grandmother, an older sister, Elizabeth, and 2 infant brothers. She is survived by her mother, Amanda L. Harding of Kenosha, her brother Bill (Bobbi) Briggs of Ridgeway, her sister, Clarice (Jefferey) Zellmer of Union Grove, and 2 nieces and a nephew, Tana (Paul) Stauffacher and Darya & Dmitry Zellmer, as well as her step mother Barbara Briggs. A memorial service will be at Cress Funeral Home, 3610 Speedway Rd. at 11am on Sat. April 27, 2013 with a visitation one hour prior to the service. A private interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery, Speedway Rd., Madison. In Lieu of flowers donations in her name to your local Humane Society would be greatly appreciated. [more]
