Jordyn Lynn Arndt age 4 of Prairie City, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Funeral services will be held on Saturday April 27, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. at the Prairie City United Methodist Church with burial following at Waveland Cemetery. Visitation will take place on Friday, April 26, 2013, from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the church. The daughter of Jason Arndt and Jessica (Tuinstra) Arndt, Jordyn was born on November 24, 2008 in Pella, Iowa. Jordyn was in the Pre School at the Prairie City Elementary. Jordyn was a member of the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church. Jordyn loved being outdoors, catching bugs or picking flowers. She could be a girlie girl or one of the boys. She also would spend many hours playing house with her dolls.
