Eulogy for Rudolph "Rudy" Bauer We Celebrate the life of Rudolph "Rudy" Bauer He was a loving husband, a terrific father & mentor, a wonderful grandfather, great grandfaher, an uncle & friend.. He will be truly missed by us all.. He was a focused hard working man and his career at Lockheed demonstrated this by retiring as a Engineering Project Manager of the P3. He joined the Mason's and touched so many lives ultimately becoming Worshipful Master. He was also a clown in the Shriners for many years where he marched in many parades.... He shared in dinner groups, bunco groups, he enjoyed going to the theater regurlarly and for the last 5 years every Tuesday he enjoyed dancing while listening to the magnificant sounds of the Big Band Alumni Rehearsal Group!! In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Rudy's favorite charaties: The Masonic Homes & The City Of Hope.... Rudolph H Bauer ("Rudy"), 84, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at his home in Northridge, CA. for Lockheed Aerospace. He also worked for North Amercian on the Apollo program. Upon retirement he was the Chief Engineering project manager at Lockheed. He was a member of Hollywood Masonic Lodge and served as Worhipful Master. He became a member of the Shrine and served as president of The Woodland Hills Shrine club. He is survived by his wife Joann of 42 years, 7 children, 3 daughter in laws and 1 son in law, 12 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 5, 2013 at 11:00AM, Mt Sinai Memorial Park at the Kamenir Chapel, in Simi Valley, CA. Burial services to follow at the mortuary. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either the City of Hope or the Masonic Homes.
