He was a member of Upper Flat Evangelical Free Church where he accepted Christ as his personal Savior and was currently a member of the Britt Evangelical Free Church. He was active in Farm Bureau, was a board member of the Farmer's Co-op Elevator in Britt, Britt Creamery and Hancock Farm Service Agency. Harold is survived by his children, Gary (Vicki) Kahlstorf of Britt, Dan (Renita) Kahlstorf of Britt, Sandra (Stan) Giles of Tennessee and Bob (Cheryl) Kahlstorf of Alabama; grandchildren, Jason Kahlstorf, Kelle (Corey) Stohr, Danielle (Michael) Stensrud, Tyler Kahlstorf, Sheila (Jamie) Nielsen, Scott (Aimee Sjostedt) Giles, Shannon (Hunter) Acosta, Charis (Brian) Nordman and Brittney, Austin, and Dalton Kahlstorf; great-grandchildren, Skylar Berthon-Nordman, Thor Stensrud and Brayden Stohr; sister, Millie Sonerholm of Klamath Falls, OR; and many nieces, nephews and other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Lola Faye in 1997; son, Jeffrey in 1966; son, Keith in Vietnam in 1969; a brother, Donald Kahlstorf; sisters, Laura Baade, Gertrude Mortenson, Donna Kahlstorf and Edna Fisher. Harold loved the Lord and lived to serve Him.
