Died peacefully on Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at age 82. Preceded in death by his parents, his brother, John and his first wife, Elizabeth "Betty". Loving husband and best friend of Marian (formerly Wilkerson). Beloved dad of Susan (Scott) Horner, Carolyn Pare, Brian (Vicki) Pare, Lisa (Jim) Hughes, Inger (John Merline) Wilkerson, Marian (George Maling) Wilkerson and Jim (Suzanne) Wilkerson. Proud grandpa of Maralee (Mike) Sjerven, Tom (Jenn) and Andy (Tawny) Horner; Emilie Ellenz, Kristin (Adam) Novotny, Dillon Hughes, Emily, Margaret and Hillary Merline; Mitchell, Allison and Kristen Maling; Mary, Elizabeth and Erik Wilkerson. Great-grandpa of Micah, Madalyn and Maverick Sjerven; Charlotte, Luthien and Judah Horner; Caleb and Hailey Novotny. Dear brother of Margaret (Edward) Severson and very special uncle of Kathy (Roger) Hassell, Mark (Tami) and Mike (Tonya) Severson. Tom will be greatly missed by other family and friends. Educated at MSOE and graduating as an electrical engineer, Tom spent his career as an executive with Louis Allis and MagneTek. d his relationships with his many friends and family members. He loved basketball, playing both in high school and while with the US Air Force. He loved driving excursions all around the country, but particularly enjoyed spending time in Door County and Hayward Wisconsin. Visitation Tuesday, May 21, at the Funeral Home, 7001 West Brown Deer Road, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Visitation also on Wednesday, May 22, at Alexian Village, 9255 North 76th Street, Milwaukee, from 12:00 PM until time of Funeral Mass at 12:30 PM. Interment at Holy Apostles Church Cemetery.
